Storyline:
A psychopathic killer makes the Amsterdam canals unsafe. He shows up in the most unexpected moments and places and makes one victim after another. There is an atmosphere of terror in the city. Police detective Eric Visser of the Amsterdam police is looking for the murderer but the investigation is not really progressing until Visser enlists the help of a diving association. This is how he met the handsome Laura. Laura and Eric’s daughter get closer to the killer than the detective himself during his investigation.
